Human Resources Manager

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive cost efficiency, enhance productivity, and cultivate talent at Gotransverse, a leading SaaS company? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to spearhead our global organizational development, change management, coaching, and performance management while optimizing costs and productivity through talent acquisition and development. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will play a key role in the company's people management. Work location will be hybrid remote with 2-3 days a week in our downtown global headquarters in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner closely with Gotransverse’s Executive Leadership Team and develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and business goals.
  • Diagnose organizational performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategically manage and direct the administration of fixed and variable compensation programs and participates in the strategic planning of compensation plans to attract, retain, and reward global talent.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and various client groups (partnering with Finance, Payroll, Legal, etc.)
  • Implement efficient recruiting strategies globally to attract top talent while optimizing recruitment costs.
  • Develop and execute talent development programs to nurture skills and drive productivity.
  • Advise on employee performance issues with a focus on productivity enhancement.
  • Lead global change management strategies to support organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and government regulations, partnering to implement additional HR policies and procedures needed for future growth.

Who you are:

  • 7+ years of relevant Human Resources experience in tech environments with a global focus on recruiting talent, cost management, and productivity improvement.
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Talent Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
  • Strong coaching, influencing, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Track record of developing talent effectively to drive productivity gains.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, and related laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in global HR and international labor laws is preferred.
  • Commitment to uncompromising integrity and ethics, fostering transparency, honesty, and direct communication for building trust within the organization and fostering a productive work environment.
  • Knowledge of global compensation survey data and sources.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Growth mindset, positive energy and the ability to work well with others.
